🌩️ G-Shock MTG Storm Chaser Edition! 🌩️

Last week, G-Shock UK unveiled the MTG-B2000YST-1A Storm Chaser Edition, a limited edition that brings back the Rainbow IP! 🌈

This rainbow ion-plated bezel features a unique blue-to-silver gradient, with the carbon glass fibre frame adding both strength and a lightning-inspired glow thanks to its phosphorescent layer. ⚡

Looks impressive, right?! Another very nice touch is its storm cloud-inspired resin band, which utilises a mixed moulded resin technique in black & white to reflect the effect of a storm. 🌩️ 

Being an MT-G, this comes packed with features too & includes the likes of Tough Solar, MultiBand 6, Bluetooth, 200M WR, Sapphire Crystal, plus a whole lot more! ⚙️

This new member of the MT-G family will be available in the coming weeks, retailing for £1,299 in the UK, with an expected US price of $1,450. 💰️

🕰️ A.P.C. x Casio A1000 Collab! 🕰️

Last week, A.P.C. and Casio teamed up to launch two limited-edition A1000 watches that combine Casio’s functionality with A.P.C.'s signature minimalist style. 🤝

Equipped with everyday features like a stopwatch, alarm, LED light etc., these also sport a matte steel build with A.P.C. and Casio co-branding on its mirrored dial and stainless steel case back. 🪩 

With the Silver priced at £165 & the Gold at £185, this collaboration is available right now online at A.P.C. 🛒

🌌 Christopher Ward’s C1 Moonphase 37! 🌌

Announced just yesterday, by popular demand, Christopher Ward has crafted a smaller, more accessible version of their GPHG nominated C1 Moonphase, now available in a refined 37mm Light-Catcher™ case that fits wrists of all sizes. 🤝 

This scaled-down model retains the three-dimensional moon feature that made its predecessor so captivating, paired with an aventurine dial that recreates a starlit night sky, making each watch truly one of a kind. ✨

The watch boasts a 128-Year Moonphase Movement thanks to the in-house Calibre JJ04 module, keeping the moon in smooth, accurate motion, following a 128-year cycle. ⚙️

Two moons appear on a second aventurine disc, providing a photorealistic display of our celestial neighbour thanks to their Super-Luminova Globolight. 🌙

This new timepiece is available right now at Christopher Ward, for a price of $2,325. 💰️

🚀 Hamilton’s New PSR 74 is 1970s Space Age Cool! 🚀

Hamilton is revisiting the Space Age with two fresh PSR 74 digital watches, inspired by the iconic 1970s Pulsar Cushion.👇️

Retaining the classic model’s retro/ futuristic aesthetic, the PSR 74 mixes a hybrid LCD/OLED digital display with that famous 24-hour red time font. ⚫️🔴 

These new models take things down in size, with sleeker 25.6 x 30.9mm cases and a streamlined bangle-styled bracelet. 🤝

Available right now, the stainless steel version is priced at $745, while the gold PVD model comes in at $845. 💰️

Okay, so I’m aware we’ve not been as consistent as we’d like with the content lately, and this is often due to the fact we’re up to some exciting stuff in the background.

New Brand Feature - Christopher Ward: Something else I’m very excited to share is that we’ve managed to get our hands on some Christopher Ward watches!

I’ve been very keen to get up close with these for some time & can’t wait to share my thoughts with you in the coming weeks!

New Style - List Videos: This has been something we’ve been asked about countless times & as Time Drops has grown, these requests have only increased.

List Videos are a bit of a “trend” on YouTube, but for good reason in fairness…

These are essentially those videos titled “Top 5 Watches under $X” or “Best Watches for Beginners” etc. etc. Videos that feature multiple watches to suit a certain budget or purpose. 💰️

While I’ve not always been totally into these, I know they offer a lot of value & I feel like I’ve built up a good amount of experience to hopefully help at least some of you out when choosing your next timepiece.

I’ve also thought of some cool ways to do these to make them a bit different, so stay tuned to the channel for those too… 😊
