🍗 G-Shock & KFC Collab on a Casioak - And It’s Free?! 🍗

Yep, this is actually a thing! 😲 

This Christmas, G-Shock & KFC are cooking up something seriously special, an offer much better than a bargain bucket we say! 🍗 

Blending their shared Japanese heritage, the two icons have joined forces to create a limited edition Casioak.💥

Since the 1970s, KFC has been a festive staple in Japan, thanks to its famous “Kentucky is Christmas” campaign & to honour this quirky tradition, G-Shock have reimagined their iconic GA-2100 in a striking red design, complete with distinctive KFC branding.👇

And guess what?! They’re FREE! 😮

But there’s a catch (☹️), only 11 of these watches exist! Which is, in fact, a nod to KFC’s secret 11 herbs & spices. 🌿 Of course it is! 😅

This kicked off last week on December 14th, with one watch releasing daily at 11:11am GMT via KFC’s online store, with the final giveaway set to be on Christmas Eve! 🤯 

Now I don’t know how many people were calling out for this collab, but now it’s here & so scarce, it appears that demand has increased exponentially! 😅

A true collectors item that’s for sure! Though if you want one, you’ll have to be quick, time (& chicken) waits for no one! 🐔

🌊 New Turquoise Colourway for the Omega Aqua Terra! 🌊

OMEGA has, once again, quietly introduced a fresh addition to its Seamaster Aqua Terra line, a brand new model featuring a turquoise lacquered dial with a smokey fume! 🌪️

Housed in the collection’s familiar 41mm stainless steel case with matching bracelet, the watch maintains OMEGA’s signature blend of style & durability, as well as, of course, its 150m of water resistance. 💪 

The dial’s turquoise & grey colour scheme is enhanced by faceted hands & hour markers treated with grey PVD & white Super-Luminova for clear visibility in low lighting. 💡 

Powering the watch is OMEGA’s in-house Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, offering 60 hours of power reserve & a 15,000 gauss magnetic resistance. ⚙️

This turquoise Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m is priced at $6,600 and is available right now at OMEGA. 🤝 

🐍 Oris ProPilot X Year of the Snake! 🐍

As we head towards the end of the year & Oris concludes its 120th anniversary celebrations, the brand introduces the ProPilot X Year of the Snake Limited Edition. 🐍 

A timepiece that heralds new beginnings while honouring the upcoming Lunar New Year in January 2025. 🎉 

The skeletonised dial is adorned in a striking cyan, exuding energy & contrast against the brushed 44mm titanium case & bracelet. 🤝 

At the heart of the watch is Oris’ in-house 115 calibre, a movement with a 10-day power reserve & a cool patented power reserve indicator. ⚙️ 

And for me, that’s where the watch’s standout feature lies… the golden snake tongue-shaped power reserve hand, subtly tying in the watch's theme… Very nice touch.👇️ 

The watch’s engraved exhibition caseback then further commemorates the Year of the Snake with special markings. 😮‍💨

This exclusive timepiece is limited to just 88 examples & is available now for 8,200CHF/ $9100/ £7250 at Oris. 🐍
