⏱️🏃‍♂️ Seiko Unveils Prospex Speedtimer to Celebrate Tokyo 2025 World Athletics! 🏃‍♂️⏱️

Seiko has released a striking special edition of its Prospex Speedtimer to commemorate its role as the official timekeeper for the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics Championships. 🏃‍♂️🏆️

The SSC955 stands out with its striking Edo Purple dial, a colour historically tied to nobility & now the official hue of the championships. 👑

This 39mm stainless steel case houses a panda-style dial with black chronograph subdials, set against its sunburst finished purple backdrop. 🟣

The watch features black faceted indices along with matte black sword-style hands, filled right up with Lumibrite. 🔦

The fixed black tachymeter bezel adds a bold, contrasting, functional edge to nicely round off the design. 🔥

Powered by Seiko’s solar V192 movement, the SSC955 offers a 60-minute chronograph, 24-hour indicator & a very impressive six-month power reserve on a full charge. ⚡

The case back is engraved with the Tokyo 2025 logo & the unique edition number, marking its limited edition status. 🔢👇️ 

The watch is completed with a three-link stainless steel bracelet, featuring polished centre links & a push-button clasp to lock in. 🤝

Limited to just 6,000 pieces, the Seiko Prospex Speedtimer SSC955 is priced at £650 (approx. $890) & available to pre order now - the watch will officially be released in August 2025.  🟣 🛒

🚴‍♂️💛 Tudor Drops Limited Edition Pelagos FXD Chrono "Yellow"! 🚴‍♂️💛

Tudor has unveiled the Pelagos FXD Chrono "Yellow" to celebrate a major milestone for the Tudor Pro Cycling Team, marking their debut in the Tour de France. 🏆

This special edition also pays homage to Fabian Cancellara’s return to the race for the first time since 2016, now in his role as team owner. ⚡

The FXD Chrono "Yellow" is based on the familiar Pelagos FXD Chrono, but with yellow accents that nod to the ‘Maillot Jaune’ worn by the leader of the Tour de France. 💛 

The watch features a 45-minute timer, date window at 6, 60-second subdial, tachymeter bezel & the same 43mm carbon composite case with fixed lugs. 🕰️

What sets this edition apart are the yellow accents on the dial & fabric strap, continuing the trend seen in Tudor’s Giro d'Italia edition from earlier this year, which featured pink accents. 💖

Limited to just 300 pieces, this new special edition watch is priced at $5,600. 💰
