Casio has unveiled two new G-Shock models for January: the DW-5600KHK24-1 & DW-5600KHG24-1! 🌊

Inspired by Japanese culture, these watches showcase the iconic artwork of Katsushika Hokusai, a renowned ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period. 🎨

DW-5600KHK24-1: Features The Great Wave off Kanagawa (1831), one of Hokusai’s most famous works.👇 🌊

DW-5600KHG24-1: Showcases Fine Wind, Clear Morning (1832), part of Hokusai’s Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji series.👇 ⛰

• LED backlights display the kanji for “Japan.”

• Stainless steel case backs engraved with the same kanji.

• Eco-friendly packaging printed with the respective artwork.

The models are expected to launch this January, priced at 17,600 yen each (approx. $110) & it looks like they may be Japan exclusives, let’s see! 😎

This collection includes two 43mm stainless steel models featuring a moonphase display for both hemispheres. 🌑👇

Each watch showcases a dial crafted from iron meteorite, with distinctive ribbon-like patterns. Every piece is one of a kind, offering a literal fragment of space in its design. 🤩

Powered by the Calibre 9914, the manual-winding mechanism offers anti-magnetic resistance up to 15,000 gauss, a 60-hour power reserve & METAS certified precision. ⚙

Naturally, the moonphase display aligns with the Moon’s phases, including the night of Apollo 11’s landing, a tribute to the Speedmaster’s connection to lunar exploration. ⭐

After debuting their lime green ProPilot X with Kermit the Frog in 2023, Oris has followed up with a new Muppets-inspired timepiece starring none other than Miss Piggy, Kermit’s glamorous counterpart. 🐷 🐸💎

The watch features a 34mm stainless steel case & a hot pink dial, complete with tonal indices & a single baguette diamond at 12 o’clock. 💅💠

A playful detail lies on the mirror polished case back, where a rotating lilac rotor reveals a picture of Miss Piggy herself! 🐷
