With Geneva Watch Days taking place this week, Oris has brought some fun to proceedings with the new ProPilot X Gonzo Edition! 😂

Following previous releases featuring Kermit & Miss Piggy, The Great Gonzo takes over the much more technical ProPilot X Calibre 115, featuring a 44mm titanium case & skeletonised dial finished in a wild blue, red & yellow gradient inspired by the legendary Muppet himself. 🌈

But the coolest part is inside... 👀

As you wind the watch, tiny laser-etched details across the 1.8-metre mainspring gradually align to reveal Gonzo’s face! As the power runs down, he slowly disappears again. 😂

There are more fun details too, with a chilli-shaped power reserve hand, 10 “GREAT” days of power reserve & a dial ring that changes colour depending on the light. 🌶️

Underneath all that fun is some serious watchmaking, with Oris’ hand-wound Calibre 115 offering a whopping 240-hour power reserve, 100m water resistance & a full titanium bracelet. ⚙️

The ProPilot X Gonzo Edition launches this month, priced at £7,900/ $10,500/ CHF 8,500. 💰

Very cool release this one! I love the Muppets inspo & how Oris have (rather impressively) worked Gonzo into the mechanics of the watch. 😂🤝

Kermit, Miss Piggy & now Gonzo... who's next?! My vote is for Animal! 🥁🙌😂

Bvlgari has also unveiled a bunch of new pieces for Geneva Watch Days this week, but the one that immediately caught my eye (unsurprisingly 😂) is this new Octo Finissimo Dazzle. 👀

Inspired by the camouflage used by car manufacturers to disguise prototype cars, Bvlgari has laser-engraved a geometric 'dazzle' pattern across the entire dial, case & integrated bracelet. 🤯

The idea is to almost disguise the shape of the watch itself, with the pattern flowing across everything except that signature octagonal bezel. 🥷

Underneath all that madness is the familiar ultra-thin Octo Finissimo, measuring 40mm across & just 5.15mm thick, powered by Bvlgari's BVL 138 automatic micro-rotor movement with a 60-hour power reserve. ⚙

Priced at $18,300, with just 80 pieces being produced worldwide. 🌍

Yeah, pretty mad! No doubt one of those watches you need to see up close, can’t imagine it’s the most legible mind 😅, but who cares? What a cool piece! 😮‍💨
